You can leave the peaches in halves but I prefer to slice them into rounds to get more flavor on each and make them faster to grill. If you use salted butter it adds a new dimension to the flavor and it's also wonderful if you use a dash of ancho chili powder on each while grilling. Just combine the ingredients other than peaches and coat each half/slice, grill approximately three minutes per side. Be careful not to let them burn as the sugar carmelizes.

I made this for my Girl Scout troop 'cause I was dying to try it since it's such an unusual recipe. I hate raspberries so I used one cup each of strawberry, blueberry, and blackberry purees. I used baby food carrots for easy prep. It was a huge hit! So much more nutritious than the usual soda kind.
